For Canadian customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and can be significant, particularly for cross‑border shipments. As a result, returns are often not cost‑effective unless there is a confirmed defect or warranty‑related issue.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

Governing Law

These terms and any transactions completed through our online store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the customer’s province of residence.
