Shipping Times
Most orders ship within 24 business hours from our Canadian location. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and destination.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship using the best available carrier based on the item and delivery location. Shipping costs are calculated accordingly at checkout. Large or heavy items may require freight delivery. Freight delivery is curbside only and does not include inside delivery or unpacking. Lift‑gate service is available for an additional charge, if required.
Receiving Your Order
Parcel Shipments (UPS / FedEx / TNT / Purolator)
Customers are responsible for inspecting all parcels upon delivery. If damage or missing items are identified:
Notify the carrier immediately
Contact us within 7 days of receipt
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
Freight Shipments
Customers must inspect all freight shipments before signing the Bill of Lading. Signing confirms the shipment was received in good condition.
If damage is visible, refuse the shipment and have the carrier take it back
If packaging is damaged but the product appears intact, accept the delivery and note the damage on the Bill of Lading
Concealed damage discovered later must be reported directly to the freight carrier
Once the Bill of Lading is signed without notation, UBC Group cannot be held responsible for damage or missing items.
Most products sold by Mammoth Garage Solutions are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact Mammoth Garage Solutions first. We will help review the issue and, where applicable, coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies are determined by the individual manufacturer. Warranties typically cover the product itself and do not include labour, removal, reinstallation, or incidental costs unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. For full warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for the specific product purchased.
Returns and exchanges are handled by Mammoth Garage Solutions and are subject to the following general guidelines:
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Original proof of purchase is required
Special‑order, custom, or installed products are not eligible for return
Return approval must be obtained prior to sending any product back
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect
Return eligibility, restocking fees, and time limits may vary by product. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can confirm eligibility and next steps. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.
