All Hayley cabinets are built to order and manufactured in‑house, and lead times are based on a first come first serve basis. While standard components are stocked, cabinet colors and any custom additions are manufactured after the order has been placed.

Hayley accessories—including wall storage systems, slatwall components, panels, racks, hooks, and related organization products—are shipped with the same level of care and attention as Hayley cabinets.

When you place your order, we will provide our best lead time estimate and keep you informed with updates until your delivery is received.

Hayley products are shipped by freight truck (LTL) using long‑trusted carriers. Great care is taken throughout the shipping process to protect your order. Cabinets and accessories are packaged with protective film, foam corner protection where applicable, and custom‑fit packaging. Shipments are then placed on custom skids, shrink‑wrapped, and securely fastened prior to freight pickup to help ensure safe transport.

Shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary depending on product selection, order size, and configuration.

Most products sold by Mammoth Garage Solutions are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact Mammoth Garage Solutions first. We will help review the issue and, where applicable, coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies are determined by the individual manufacturer. Warranties typically cover the product itself and do not include labour, removal, reinstallation, or incidental costs unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Returns and exchanges are handled by Mammoth Garage Solutions and are subject to the following general guidelines:

• Original proof of purchase is required

Hayley Slatwall Accessories — 5‑Year Limited Warranty

Hayley slatwall accessories are backed by a 5‑year limited warranty for the original purchaser, covering defects in materials or workmanship when installed and used as intended with Hayley slatwall panels. If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced at Hayley’s discretion. Replacement items carry the remaining portion of the original warranty. Product replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty. Not covered: improper installation or misuse, overloading, fire or accidents, chemical or humidity‑related damage, labour costs, or return shipping.

Hayley Slatwall Panels & Trims — Lifetime Limited Warranty

Hayley slatwall panels and trims are covered by a lifetime limited warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing for the original purchaser, provided products are installed per manufacturer instructions and local building codes. Approved warranty claims are handled through product replacement only, with replacements inheriting the remaining warranty period. Not covered: improper installation or misuse, use of non‑Hayley accessories, overloading (150 lb / 68 kg per linear foot max), labour costs, accessory materials, or return shipping.

Additional Information

Warranties are non‑transferable and exclude indirect or consequential damages. Some limitations may not apply where restricted by consumer protection laws. Warranty claims typically require proof of purchase and photos. Mammoth Garage Solutions is happy to help guide customers through the warranty process. Returns are subject to manufacturer policies and may involve restocking fees and shipping costs. Due to product size and freight costs, returns are rare and often not cost‑effective, so we’re always happy to help confirm product fit and selection before ordering.

Installation Services

Where installation services are provided, work is limited to the scope agreed upon in writing. The customer is responsible for ensuring the installation site is suitable and accessible. Mammoth Garage Solutions is not responsible for pre‑existing conditions, hidden defects, code compliance issues, or structural deficiencies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mammoth Garage Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or installation of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

Governing Law

These terms and any transactions completed through our online store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the customer’s province of residence. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
