SnapLock

SnapLock products are shipped from the United States directly to Canada. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, and the shipping rate shown in our online store is the only shipping cost you pay.

There are no additional brokerage fees, duties, or surprise shipping charges added after your order is placed. All standard cross‑border shipping costs are included in the posted shipping price.

Our premium modular flooring systems manufactured by SnapLock Industries in the United States and backed by long‑term manufacturer warranties. While warranty coverage is in place, returns from Canada are typically not practical due to cross‑border freight costs, duties, and brokerage fees, which can quickly exceed the value of the product being returned. That said, warranty and return claims are very rare. These SnapLock products are commercial‑grade, thoroughly tested, and designed for long‑term use—which is why they are supported by industry‑leading warranties in the first place. We recommend reviewing designs and product selections carefully prior to installation and reaching out to us with any questions.
