SnapLock
SnapLock products are shipped from the United States directly to Canada. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, and the shipping rate shown in our online store is the only shipping cost you pay.
There are no additional brokerage fees, duties, or surprise shipping charges added after your order is placed. All standard cross‑border shipping costs are included in the posted shipping price.
The only potential additional charges may occur if a delivery is missed. In these cases, carriers may apply fees for re‑delivery, address corrections, or temporary storage, which would be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments are typically delivered to the curb or driveway. Inside delivery, unpacking, or installation is not included unless arranged in advance. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible, particularly for large or heavy shipments. Any delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address details or inaccessible delivery locations may be the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on order size, destination, carrier schedules, and border processing. Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided whenever available. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage at the time of delivery. Any issues should be reported to us as soon as possible so we can assist.
If you have any questions about shipping or delivery timelines before placing your order, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
Most products sold by Mammoth Garage Solutions are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your product has a warranty issue, please contact Mammoth Garage Solutions first. We will help review the issue and, where applicable, coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranty coverage, duration, and remedies are determined by the individual manufacturer. Warranties typically cover the product itself and do not include labour, removal, reinstallation, or incidental costs unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. For full warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for the specific product purchased.
Returns and exchanges are handled by Mammoth Garage Solutions and are subject to the following general guidelines:
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Original proof of purchase is required
Special‑order, custom, or installed products are not eligible for return
Return approval must be obtained prior to sending any product back
Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect
Return eligibility, restocking fees, and time limits may vary by product. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can confirm eligibility and next steps. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.
SnapLock
SnapLock flooring products are backed by manufacturer warranties that cover defects in materials and workmanship when products are used and maintained as intended. Warranty terms, including coverage length, conditions, and exclusions, vary by product and application. Full details are available in the manufacturer’s official warranty information for each specific product.
Our premium modular flooring systems manufactured by SnapLock Industries in the United States and backed by long‑term manufacturer warranties. While warranty coverage is in place, returns from Canada are typically not practical due to cross‑border freight costs, duties, and brokerage fees, which can quickly exceed the value of the product being returned. That said, warranty and return claims are very rare. These SnapLock products are commercial‑grade, thoroughly tested, and designed for long‑term use—which is why they are supported by industry‑leading warranties in the first place. We recommend reviewing designs and product selections carefully prior to installation and reaching out to us with any questions. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing issue, we’ll assist you in working with SnapLock to determine the most appropriate resolution.
If you have questions about warranty coverage or need help with a potential claim, we’re always happy to help guide you in the right direction.
